Parenting is one of the most rewarding callings—but it can also feel overwhelming at times. In today’s world, our children are surrounded by cultural pressures, competing values, and challenges that can make it difficult to stay rooted in faith. Beyond faith, there's also a growing struggle to grow in confidence, emotional health, connect with others and mature.
Many parents find themselves asking the same questions: Am I doing this right? How can I guide my kids through this? What does it look like to raise children with Christ at the center in a world that often feels far from Him?
At Westside, we believe we’re not meant to walk this road alone. God designed us to grow within community—to learn from one another, encourage one another, and pass along the wisdom He has given us through the scripture and our combined experience. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to our upcoming parenting seminar:

This unique seminar will feature a panel of seasoned parents from within our church family—moms and dads who have walked through different seasons of parenting and are eager to share the lessons, struggles, and encouragement they’ve gained along the way.

Real conversations about the challenges of raising kids in today’s culture Biblical wisdom rooted in Scripture and Faith Practical guidance on relevant parenting topics, gathered from questions submitted by parents in our community Encouragement and connection with other families who are navigating the same journey
