LEARNING EVENT with Jon Waind

Are you certain about how to cast your vote on April 28?
What reasons do you have for casting your vote for a particular candidate and party?
How has your faith informed this decision?

Jon Waind's theme, originally titled, Cultivating Happiness Under Unhappy Political Circumstances, will walk through historical and biblical ideas related to politics that can provide a framework on how one would discern their vote.

Jon directs and teaches at Trinity Western University's Laurentian Leadership Centre in Ottawa. His academic specialization is at the intersection of religious ethics and public life. Jon has taught religious and theological studies courses at McGill, Concordia and St. Francis Xavier universities.

*this event is NOT endorsing any political party or informing people to vote for one party over another.
