This is a great way for all ages to participate in loving our global neighbours who find themselves in desperate situations.

ITEMS* NEEDED FOR EACH KIT:

• 1 adult-sized toothbrush (in manufacturer’s packaging)
• 1 large bar bath soap (in original wrapper)
• 1 nail clipper (good quality)
• 1 hand towel (medium weight, dark or bright colours preferred); approx. 40 cm x 65 cm (16 in x 26 in)
• 1 wide-toothed comb; 15-20 cm (6-8 in)

Maintaining cleanliness is essential for good health, especially for families who have been forced to leave their homes due to conflict or disaster. These families often lack the resources to get basic supplies. Hygiene kits also support schools and orphanages, helping children develop healthy habits.

As we seek to promote health and well-being for displaced people, hygiene kits are an excellent way to start.

To support this vital initiative, Westside is partnering with MCC who organizes the distribution of hygiene kits abroad, offering a meaningful way for our community to engage.

MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) is a global nonprofit dedicated to sharing God’s love and compassion through relief, development, and fostering peace. With over 100 years of experience, MCC has deep roots in the communities it serves and is well-equipped to deliver aid where it's most needed.
