This year is one we couldn’t have imagined. But many of us still have things to be thankful for. Will you join us in showing gratitude this Thanksgiving with a Bucket of Thanks?
But what is a Bucket of Thanks, you ask? It’s a container filled with essential hygiene items (similar to the hygiene kits we have done in previous years). Even in a pandemic, we send these kits all around the world to families in need. We’ve heard from our local partners that this year their inventory is running low. They still need more than 8,000 relief kits this fiscal year.
Want to help and wondering what to do next? See below for three easy steps!
Step 1:
Go shopping for the needed items (as your budget allows). Click here for a printable list to take with you for reference.
Step 2:
Put items in a box or a resealable bag. *Note: You do not have to buy or use a bucket. They will be supplied when packing up to ship.
Step 3:
Drop off items to Westside Gathering located at 820 Tecumseh Avenue, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 4B2 on Tuesday, December 1 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
